Today marks the end of Nowruz celebrations — Sizdah Bedar.

A day traditionally spent outside, letting go, and looking forward.

This year feels different.

For many Iranians, inside and outside the country, it has been a time of reflection, uncertainty, and shared emotion.

What remains is something deeper:

a quiet strength, resilience, and the ability to hold on to hope — even in difficult moments.

I hope this spirit continues.

Not as pressure, not as expectation —

but as a reminder of connection, care, and the possibility of change over time.

Wherever we are, we are not separate in what we feel.

Wishing everyone a peaceful Sizdah Bedar and a year ahead with more clarity, strength, and hope.🫶

امروز پایان نوروز و سیزده‌بدر است —

روزی برای بیرون رفتن، رها کردن و نگاه به آینده.

امسال برای بسیاری متفاوت بود.

برای ایرانیان، چه در داخل و چه در خارج از کشور،

این روزها با فکر، احساس و نگرانی‌های مشترک همراه بوده است.

اما چیزی که باقی می‌ماند،

قدرت آرام، تاب‌آوری و امید است — حتی در سخت‌ترین لحظات.

امیدوارم این حس ادامه پیدا کند.

نه به عنوان فشار یا انتظار،

بلکه به عنوان یادآوری ارتباط، همدلی و امکان تغییر در طول زمان.

هر کجا که هستیم، در احساساتمان از هم جدا نیستیم.

سیزده‌بدر آرام و سالی همراه با روشنایی، قدرت و امید برای همه آرزو دارم.🫶
